Generate Daily Gross Adjustments Report

It was taking approximately one hour to complete a tedious daily task generating the daily gross adjustment receipts report before we came to save the day.  This client would wait until the end of the week just to complete this nerve racking task.  Just imagine how much of a tedious task this was by the end of the week.  All her time was consumed by crunching these numbers manually.  We designed together an Excel spreadsheet to accomplish this daily task.  As we fine tuned this process in Excel, all the gross receipt totals now calculate automatically.  It now takes three to four minutes per day to complete this report.  This company now saves time and $$$ since the automation this process.

Tracking Supplies and Inventory Parts Lists

We then developed another application for the sales department to track supplies and new inventory parts list procedures.  The purpose of this inventory worksheet is to keep track of inventory, values of inventory on hand and the quantity used of supplies and new parts.  

Return Merchandise Authorizations

Once the inventory project was completed, we moved forward to fine tune another problem area.  The return of merchandise authorization with a simple contact management database application.  This customized Access database tracks the authorizations of any returned merchandise and the date my client receives them.  The generated reports include a summary and detailed report of parts returns and received.  This database also tracks all the phone calls made to the prospoective customers with a follow-up date reporting fetaure and ecisting customer's information.
